Battle Tank Ride

The next best thing to driving a tank is riding on top of one! Welcome to our off road military area and tank driving base near Prague where your tank ride awaits you! If you admire the power and performance of battle tanks, but are not ready to challenge yourself driving one, become a crew member instead and enjoy the thrill of riding atop either a T-55 or T-72 battle tank.

Feel the cold metal against your skin, the smell of tank fuel and the deafening roar of the engine as you ride the battle tank across undulating contours of a rough and varied terrain. Hold tight and enjoy the ride! After this exhilarating experience, you will be brought back to earth with a guided tour of our military museum where you can see a range of military vehicles and weapons including: Battle Tanks, BRDM2, KUB, OT-64 Armoured Personnel Carriers as well as an original soviet rocket carrier.

Further information:

Total duration: 1 - 2 hours.
Availability: All year round (during daylight hours).
For safety reasons, spectators are not permitted during this event.
Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions as no clothing is provided.
Children over 5 years old are allowed but must be accompanied by an adult whilst riding on the Tank.
*Battle tank model will either be T-55 or T-72, depending on availability on the day.

T-55 AM2 Russian Battle tank

This upgrade incorporates most of the improvements carried out in the 80s to some T-55 MBTs operated by the former Warsaw Pact (see T-54/T-55 entry) with the exception of the ability to fire the Russian-designed and built 100 mm laser-guided projectile.
